SCCM Intunes and Zero Touch Expert

Role Overview: As a Level 3 resource with expertise in Windows and Intune, you will be responsible for supporting the Zero Touch Project and backfilling current FTE activities. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: - Experience in workstation build related activities, specifically auto-pilot. - Proficiency in SCCM and Intune for troubleshooting failed SCCM deployments and addressing SCCM health issues. - Designing and implementing Microsoft Intune solutions for endpoint management, including device enrollment, policy configuration, and application deployment. - Implementing security policies and configurations to ensure endpoint protection through Intune. - Managing security baselines and compliance policies to meet organizational security standards. - Packaging and deploying applications using Intune, ensuring proper distribution and version control. - Collaborating with application owners to streamline the deployment process. - Creating and managing configuration profiles to enforce settings and restrictions on devices. - Implementing conditional access policies to control access based on device compliance. - Planning and executing upgrades to Intune services and staying current with feature releases. - Managing patching and updates for Intune-managed devices. - Having experience with the Zero Touch Provision process. Qualification Required: - Level 3 expertise in Windows and Intune. - Proficiency in SCCM and auto-pilot activities. - Experience in designing and implementing Microsoft Intune solutions. - Strong understanding of security policies and compliance measures. - Knowledge of application packaging and deployment using Intune. - Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders for deployment processes. - Skill in managing configuration profiles and enforcing settings on devices. - Familiarity with conditional access policies for device compliance. - Experience in planning and executing upgrades to Intune services. - Ability to manage patching and updates for Intune-managed devices.
