1. Experience in SCCM Upgrades & reporting

1. Troubleshooting Site database and writing SQL queries

1. Ensuring the Windows security updates compliance as per organization s Patch Management process

1. Management SCCM client configuration and maintenance windows for servers

1. Ensuring that all clients in the environment are active and healthy

1. Managing Patch deployment using SCCM and WSUS

1. Handling Asset Management

1. Managing Windows 10 servicing and application deployments

1. Handling Endpoint protection management

1. Sharing and presenting the compliance reports with management

1. Following the organization s ITSM processes

• Managing Vendor coordination

1. Excellent Knowledge in VBS and Windows Power shell Scripting.
