Job Description

In-depth knowledge in PowerShell Scripting & Auto IT Tool.

Software deployment through SCCM, Collection Creation ensure successful deployment to the end users.

Creating software packages (MSI and MST) using a combination of predefined toolsets and processes based on customer requirements.

A good understanding of Microsoft Windows Installer and MSI Installations

Knowledge in Software Inventory, Hardware Inventory, Software Distribution, Software Updates, Patch Management and Software Metering by using SCCM.

Good understanding of patch management using WSUS

Expertise in troubleshooting issues reported by the end user. These issues could be software related, such as identifying malware, or can be related to malfunctioning hardware. This requires an extensive knowledge of popular operating systems and software.

Vulnerability Management - Having knowledge Vulnerability analysis.

Monitoring & maintaining SCCM log files for troubleshooting purpose

Knowledge in Creating Custom SQL report.
