Scanner Service Engineer

As a Service Engineer at OMR India Outsources Pvt Ltd., your role is vital in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of technical systems and equipment for clients. You will be responsible for: - Installation and Maintenance: Installing, commissioning, and maintaining OMR & Document Scanner from Sekonic (Japan) following manufacturer's guidelines. - Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving technical issues promptly to minimize downtime for clients. - Client Support: Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, offering technical support, and ensuring client satisfaction. - Preventive Maintenance: Creating and implementing maintenance schedules to prevent unplanned downtime and maintain peak equipment performance. - Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of service activities for future reference and analysis. - Training: Conducting training sessions for clients on equipment usage and maintenance to maximize equipment lifespan. - Quality Control: Ensuring service work complies with quality standards and industry regulations. - Technical Expertise: Keeping abreast of technological advancements related to serviced equipment. - Safety: Adhering to safety protocols to ensure the well-being of both the service engineer and client personnel during service visits. - Collaboration: Working with sales and support teams to provide comprehensive solutions to clients. Qualifications required for this role include: - B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical with 3+ years of experience in Printers, Scanners, or similar IT equipment. - Or ITI with 5+ years of experience in the field.
