Job Title: SCADA Operations Engineer – Oil & Gas Domain (Night Shift)

Experience:

SCADA Operations Engineer

with hands-on experience in

Oil & Gas Upstream Operations

to join our team. This role involves

real-time monitoring

field coordination

, and

operational support during night shifts

to ensure continuous production and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Monitoring & Support: Monitor production data from wells using Power BI dashboards and ArcGIS mapping tools. Maintain surveillance of high-priority wells, respond to SCADA alarms, and assist in troubleshooting by notifying field teams.
Field Work & Dispatch Coordination: Coordinate field operations in real-time, provide visibility via ArcGIS, dispatch support resources, and collaborate with midstream teams for smooth production flow.
Route Optimization: Identify and recommend opportunities to improve field route efficiency and resource allocation for day operations teams.
Midstream & Vendor Interface: Manage production flows to midstream assets, address operational issues with partners, and act as the nightshift point of contact for third-party vendors.
Alarm Management & Optimization: Prioritize, resolve, or escalate alarms; contribute to system reliability; and participate in alarm rationalization initiatives using Power BI analytics.
HSE & Security Monitoring: Monitor safety incidents and escalate as per HSE protocols. Oversee site surveillance systems (e.g., gate, flare, spill detection) and ensure compliance with operational safety standards.
