Role Overview: As a Senior Manager for the S&C GN SAP Platform at Accenture, you will have the opportunity to work with exceptional people, cutting-edge technology, and leading companies across industries. Your main responsibility will be to leverage your in-depth S/4 HANA platform experience across functions such as Supply Chain & Operation and Finance, with expertise in industries like Resources, Products, and CMT. You will be expected to have extensive experience in SAP Platform Pre-Sales, including solutioning and orchestrating RFPs/Proposals. Your client-facing skills will be crucial in setting the discussion narratives with all levels of client business participants. Additionally, you will need to have experience in executing and managing complex SAP transformation engagements. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate industry focus by showcasing deep knowledge and expertise in related industries like Resources, Manufacturing, etc. - Possess deep functional expertise to engage in technology-agnostic business process conversations with senior client leadership across all functions. - Lead or work with proposal teams to build solutions and proposals by understanding client, opportunity, and industry contexts. - Lead design workshops, gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and manage end-to-end project delivery in S/4HANA. - Create and manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, support project and practice leadership in expanding opportunities, and lead pursuits related to S/4HANA opportunities. - Support/develop cutting-edge Point of View (POV) on SAP-led transformations and design assets to drive additional business in S4 HANA. Qualifications Required: - MBA from Tier 1 or 2 business school. - Prior experience in working on large-scale transformation and implementation programs. - Experience as an end-to-end SAP Solution/Functional Architect for multiple RFP requests. - Proven success in client-facing roles for multiple engagements.
