What you would do in this role
Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Conduct in-depth analysis of customer data, transactional data, and market trends to provide actionable insights for business decision-making
Use machine learning tools and statistical techniques to interpret data and provide meaningful conclusions.
Work with latest technologies in data science, including emerging tools like GENAI.
Develop and implement data-driven strategies to identify cross-selling opportunities within the customer base.
Build predictive models to assess and maximize Customer Lifetime Value, enabling targeted retention and acquisition strategies.
Design and implement advanced recommendation algorithms to enhance personalized customer experiences across digital channels
Deploy models into production environments and implement monitoring mechanisms to ensure ongoing performance.
Prepare and present clear and concise reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications
Who we are looking for?
1-3 years of experience in Data Science preferably with financial services clients Engineering graduates (4 year course) or master’s degree in a relevant field – Computer Science / Statistics / Data Science / Econometrics / Economics from reputed institute Proven experience in developing ML and statistical models Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Scala Any experience in Generative AI is a plus. Proficiency in any one of the Cloud solutions – Azure, GCP or AWS Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) Knowledge of machine learning algorithms (Decision trees, Random Forest, XGBoost etc), deep learning models and statistical modeling techniques Excellent communication and client-facing skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team Strong written and oral communication skills
