SC AI Engineering Manager

As an AI Engineering Manager in Ford's Supply Chain Analytics Team, you will lead a small team and collaborate with experts globally to implement Agentic AI solutions. Your role will involve working on various products that leverage MCP to solve Supply Chain Problems across Ford globally. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design NLP/LLM/GenAI applications/products following robust coding practices. - Design Agentic AI Systems leveraging MCP protocol (or Google ADK). - Explore state-of-the-art models/techniques for automotive industry use cases. - Conduct ML experiments to train/infer models within memory & latency restrictions. - Deploy REST APIs or a minimalistic UI for NLP applications using Docker and Kubernetes tools. - Showcase NLP/LLM/GenAI applications effectively through web frameworks (Dash, Plotly, Streamlit, etc.). - Converge multibots into super apps using LLMs with multimodalities. - Develop agentic workflow using Autogen, Agentbuilder, langgraph, and MCP protocols. - Build modular AI/ML products for scalable consumption. **Qualifications Required:** - 5+ years of experience in AI engineering. - Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, or Science. - Experience in LLM models like Gemini, GPT5, and more. - Proficiency in developing and deploying Agentic AI products leveraging MCP protocol. - Hands-on experience in building AI pipelines with multimodalities like text, image, and audio. - Familiarity with Docker tools and Python project management best practices. - Expertise in using Huggingface, LangChain, Chainlit, Tensorflow, Pytorch, Scikit-learn, Numpy, Pandas, and open-source NLP modules. - Knowledge of fundamental text data processing and implementing BERT or other transformer fine-tuned models. - Experience with GCP services, GPU/CPU cloud infrastructures, and cloud platforms for Data Engineering, Big Data, and ML needs. - Proficiency in CI/CD, infrastructure as code tools, orchestration tools, and building APIs with compliance and security.
