Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated SBI Renewal Executive - Voice Process to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions related to SBI renewal processes, providing excellent service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to SBI renewal processes.
