Job Description

Responsibilities

You will be directly responsible for driving end-to-end sales though online bidding, for our services, from prospecting to closure
Bid effectively to create a work pipeline. Achieve targets while ensuring profitability through margins.
Work closely with the managers and team to meet the targets
Building a customer database and follow up on old leads as needed
Interacting with customers and project development team for smooth execution of project to ensure client retention

Ideal Candidate should have

A university graduate; Masters (Computers / Business) is preferred
4+ years of experience in bidding on Upwork, Freelancer & other online job portals.
Excellent verbal and written English language skills
Ideal candidate should have strong analytical mindset, self-motivated and disciplined
