Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate Manager to join our Strategy team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in strategy consulting, with expertise in growth strategy, market entry assessment, go-to-market strategy, strategic options study, portfolio & corporate strategy, business model redesign, strategic cost evaluation, digital & innovation strategy. ### Roles and Responsibility Develop and execute growth strategies for corporates using EY's proprietary frameworks. Spearhead a team of professionals undertaking corporate strategy studies and provide thought leadership on complex issues. Support business development activities by developing strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new opportunities. Participate in building a sector-focused practice across EY service lines, specializing in a specific sector. Contribute to the development of intellectual capital in your industry of expertise. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions to unstructured problems. ### Job Requirements Experience in executing and managing strategy consulting engagements, including client engagement and delivering strategic insights. Knowledge of databases such as CapIQ, Thomson, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and tools like Power BI, Alteryx. MBA or Master’s degree from a Tier 1 B-School, CFA or CA charter holder. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with clear articulation of thoughts and structured problem-solving abilities. Experience working with global stakeholders and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
