Role Overview: You will join Welspun as a Senior Officer in the SAPL_AP_BA/SBA_GCC department, where your primary responsibility will be managing and executing financial tasks and projects related to accounts reconciliation and invoice processing. It is essential to demonstrate proficiency in accounting software and possess strong influencing, negotiation, and communication skills in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and execute invoice processing tasks accurately and within specified timelines. - Conduct accounts reconciliation to ensure precise recording of all financial transactions. - Utilize accounting software effectively to enhance financial operations efficiency. - Collaborate with different teams and stakeholders to align financial operations with company objectives. - Utilize influencing, negotiation, and communication skills to handle vendor relationships and resolve financial discrepancies. - Make informed financial decisions benefiting the company by demonstrating strong business and commercial acumen. - Drive innovation in financial operations by exhibiting a global mindset and entrepreneurial spirit. - Lead and develop team members to ensure high performance and productivity levels. - Utilize MS Excel and SAP for financial reporting and analysis purposes. - Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar financial role. - Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP for accounting and reporting purposes. - Strong business acumen, commercial acumen, and entrepreneurial spirit. - Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills. - Ability to manage vendor relationships effectively. - Demonstrated ability to lead and develop team members. - Compliance with financial regulations and standards.
