The SAP WM Consultant/Executive is responsible for supporting, configuring, and optimizing Warehouse Management processes in SAP. The role includes handling inbound, outbound, inventory, and warehouse operations by ensuring smooth end-to-end SAP WM functionality.

Key Responsibilities

1.    SAP WM System Configuration

• Configure SAP WM modules (Warehouse Structure, Storage Types, Sections, Bins).
• Maintain warehouse master data (material master, WM views, control parameters).
• Create and manage

  Transfer Orders (TO)

  ,

  Transfer Requirements (TR)

  ,

  Queues

  , and

  Puta way/Picking strategies

  .

2. Warehouse Operations Support

• Manage inbound processes:

  GR, puta way, palletization, HU management

  .
• Manage outbound processes:

  picking, staging, packing, dispatch

  .
• Support cycle counts, physical inventory, and stock adjustments.
• Troubleshoot WM-related issues in real time.

3. Integration & Collaboration

• Work with

  SAP MM, SD, PP, EWM, and Logistics teams

  .
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to resolve SAP-related operational issues.
• Provide user training and documentation.

4. Issue Resolution & Testing

• Work on incident tickets and change requests.
• Perform

  Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT

  for WM enhancements.
• Handle data uploads (LSMW or BAPI) as required.

5. Continuous Improvement

• Identify process gaps in warehouse operations.
• Recommend and implement automation or SAP WM best practices.
