Exp: 6 to 9 years

Location: Chennai/Coimbatore/ Kolkata

Required Skills & Experience (6–9 Years)

Core SAP TM
: Strong hands-on in
Planning & Optimization
,
Tendering
,
Execution
,
Charge Management
,
Freight Settlement
.
Process Knowledge
: Road/rail/air/ocean transportation processes, 3PL engagements, carrier contracts, incoterms.
Integration Experience
: TM ↔ S/4HANA (orders/deliveries), EWM shipping, FI posting for freight settlement, events & KPIs.
Technical Understanding (Functional)
: Data model, condition technique, BRF+, PPF actions, status management, TM reporting (Fiori), and basics of IDoc/API payloads.
Documentation & Communication
: Fit‑gap analysis, FS/CS documents, training materials; strong client communication.
Delivery
: Experience across at least
one end‑to‑end TM implementation
and
two+ support/rollout projects
