Experience:

Manage transportation orders and master data, ensuring accurate creation, maintenance, and tracking for seamless logistics operations.
Plan and optimize road transport, including route selection, carrier assignment, and resource management to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Handle sea transport planning and booking, overseeing vessel scheduling, freight booking, and compliance with international shipping standards.
Coordinate air transport planning, managing airline partnerships, air freight bookings, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
Oversee transportation execution, monitoring shipment statuses, resolving exceptions, and ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries.
Manage transportation charges, including calculation, validation, settlement of costs, and collaboration with finance for accurate billing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and integrate SAP TM with other SAP modules and external logistics partners.
Lead client workshops, provide expert guidance, and deliver solutions that meet client expectations without the need for extensive ramp-up.

Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP TM implementations and Support.
Strong understanding of logistics, transportation, and supply chain processes.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members.

Experience integrating SAP TM with other SAP modules and third-party systems is preferred
