Job Description

Sap TM Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Implementation:

Configure SAP TM components such as Freight Orders, Freight Units, Planning, Charge Calculation, and Settlement.
Conduct blueprinting, gap analysis, and end-to-end process design.
Customize and enhance SAP TM functionalities through extensions and integrations.

Project Management:

Lead SAP TM implementation projects from blueprinting to deployment.
Collaborate with clients to define project goals and deliverables.
Provide guidance to junior consultants and ensure successful delivery.

Integration & Optimization:

Integrate SAP TM with other modules like SAP SD, MM, EWM, and FI.
Optimize transportation processes using SAP TM functionalities.
Manage EDI interfaces with carriers and support data migration.

Training & Support:

Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot system issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong command of SAP TM and related modules (SD, MM, EWM).
Hands-on experience with SAP Activate Methodology.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Signavio, and sustainability tools.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
SAP TM certification (preferred).
Experience with freight planning, carrier selection, and shipment execution.

Experience:

Minimum 6 years of SAP TM implementation experience.
At least 2 -5 full-cycle SAP TM project implementations.
Exposure to logistics applications and supply chain planning.
Experience in Shipper/Freight Forwarder scenarios is a plus.
