The SAP AM & Support Lead will manage the SAP Application Maintenance & Support team based in India. He/she will be responsible of the service delivery from India, reporting directly to the SAB SAP Center of Expertise Lead at Onsite.
He/she will manage a team of 10 to 15 individuals (both functional and technical profiles like SAP Basis, Dev Abap, Dev Fiori, Integration expert), ensuring the matching of capacity and skills with the work to be performed at Offshore
He will ensure the quality of the services delivered and the adherence to the delivery processes, working in a Continuous Improvement approach.
He will ensure the On Time Delivery of the projects and reports on the progress, risks and issues. He/she will organize the Governance with the Onsite Team.
In depth knowledge of SAP solutions (architecture, functional processes, development technologies) and on S/4 HANA in particular. Relevant certifications will be a plus.
Experience with RISE will be a plus.
Experience (+ 5 years) in SAP AMS Implementation : support management, incident and change management, release management processes, monitoring activities.
Experience (+ 5 years) in SAP Application teams management in an international context
