Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to time management processes.
• Configure SAP SuccessFactors Time Management modules to meet client needs.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for time management implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to time tracking and attendance.
• Conduct user training sessions and create training materials for end-users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other HR modules.
• Stay updated on industry trends and SAP SuccessFactors updates.

Skills and Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of time management processes and policies.
• Proficiency in configuring SAP SuccessFactors Time Management solutions.
• Experience with integration of Time Management with other SAP modules (e.g., Employee Central).
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and recommend solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification in Time Management is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
