SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant

As a seasoned professional in SAP SuccessFactors, you will be responsible for providing support for production issues in the Time Management area and delivering effective solutions. Your role will involve the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Time Management solutions, tailored to meet client requirements and HR needs. You will be expected to offer expert advice on SAP Best Practices for time management and lead full-cycle implementation projects. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to time management functionalities will be a key aspect of your job. Moreover, you will collaborate with multi-cultural teams, guide customers on-site and offshore, and stay informed about the latest SAP SuccessFactors updates and enhancements. It will also be crucial for you to document problem analysis and resolution clearly in business language to facilitate the understanding and repetition of issues. To excel in this role, you should possess more than 7 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors full-cycle implementation and support projects, with at least 2 years" specific experience in SuccessFactors Time Management module. Certification in SuccessFactors Time Management module, in addition to Employee Central, is required. Your expertise should extend to various SuccessFactors/SAP HCM solutions such as Employee Central, Time Off, Time Tracking, and Time Sheet. A solid grasp of HR business processes is essential, along with excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience with SAP HCM on-premises solutions would be advantageous. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be vital in providing valuable recommendations to customers, ensuring the successful delivery of Time Management solutions.,
