Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Configure, implement, and support
SAP SuccessFactors Talent Suite, focusing on
Succession Planning
and
Performance & Goals (PMGM)
modules.
Manage
end-to-end implementation lifecycle
: planning, design, configuration, testing, and go-live.
Translate business requirements
into system configuration and solution design.
Perform
system configuration
based on Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint.
Prepare and execute
test cases, test plans, and test scripts
to ensure quality delivery.
Ensure
deep integration
across SuccessFactors modules for seamless functionality.
Manage project workstreams
, monitor progress, and escalate issues when necessary.
Provide
technical consulting and hands-on support
for data migration and integration activities.
Collaborate effectively in a
global team environment
to deliver solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience
: Strong hands-on experience in
SAP SuccessFactors Succession Planning
(primary) and
Performance & Goals (PMGM)
(secondary).
Certifications
:
Mandatory:
Succession Planning
certification.
Preferred:
PMGM
certification.
Additional certifications in other SuccessFactors modules are an advantage.
Technical Skills
:
Expertise in
XML
,
MDF
, foundation objects, associations, business rules, and workflows.
Proficiency in
MS Office tools
(Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Domain Knowledge
:
Understanding of
Employee Life Cycle Management
in global organizations.
Soft Skills
:
Excellent
communication and presentation skills
.
Ability to work effectively in a
global team environment
.
