SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

As an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will engage with clients to analyze their recruitment and onboarding processes to identify opportunities where SAP SuccessFactors can enhance these functions. Your key responsibilities will include: * Leading and participating in the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment modules, which involves activities such as requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and golive support. * Studying SAP SuccessFactors Delta releases and recommending new features to integrate ONB20 with Recruitment and Employee Central. * Developing and delivering training materials and sessions for clients to ensure effective use and adoption of the implemented modules. * Implementing ONB20 with ONB 10 existing reference for the client and providing post-implementation support and continuous improvement services. * Collaborating with other SAP SuccessFactors consultants and teams to integrate the Onboarding and Recruitment modules with other HR processes and systems. * Staying updated on the latest SAP SuccessFactors features releases and industry trends to provide knowledgeable recommendations to clients. * Preparing project documentation including process flow diagrams, functional specifications, and user manuals. Qualifications required for this role include: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment module implementation. * Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices in recruitment and onboarding. * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. * SAP SuccessFactors certification in ONB20 and RCM is a must.,
