Job Description

As a Software Support Specialist for Arthrex HR Global systems, your role will involve providing high-quality support primarily on SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition modules to Arthrex HR users in EMEA and globally. You will need to obtain a deep understanding of the relevant HR business domain and processes, recommend solutions, and build high-quality requirements. Your responsibilities will include benchmarking processes against industry best practices, gaining and demonstrating knowledge of assigned Arthrex software applications, participating in Application Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Management, and Maintenance in an Enterprise environment, and providing Application End User support. Additionally, you will shape business requirements, follow established methodology for identifying and documenting business requirements, plan, create, and execute manual test cases, support user acceptance testing and user training activities, respond to and resolve or escalate reported incidents, and create artifacts such as business case documentation, process flows, and test cases. Key Responsibilities: - Provide software support primarily on SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition modules - Obtain a deep understanding of HR business processes and recommend solutions - Benchmark processes against industry best practices - Participate in Application Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Management, and Maintenance - Shape business requirements and communicate tradeoffs to business partners - Follow established methodology for documenting business requirements - Plan, create, and execute manual test cases - Support user acceptance testing and user training activities - Respond, resolve, or escalate reported incidents - Create and maintain application operational and instructional documentation - Help resolve competing priorities between stakeholder groups - Lead and/or participate in project delivery - Adhere to Quality System Procedures and Change Control - Participate as SME for audits under management direction - Complete QA Non-Conformance and Corrective Actions in a timely manner Skill Requirements: Primary Skills (Must have skills): - Knowledge and understanding of Human Resources and Talent Management business processes - Experience in SAP SuccessFactors infrastructure support - Experience in supporting and configuring SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 and Recruitment Management - Experience in supporting and configuring HR Career websites using SAP Career Site Builder - Experience coding in CSS and Java - Experience in gathering and documenting requirements from end users - Proficiency in MS Office tools - Interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills Secondary Skills (Good To Have): - Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - SAP Certifications in ONB, RCM, RMK, EC Qualifications And Education Requirements: - Bachelors / masters degree in CS / CE / IT from a premier technology institute - Minimum 4+ years of relevant work experience - Experience with SAP SuccessFactors ONB, RCM, and RMK - Software development experience in CSS and Java,
