Job Description

Role Overview: As a Software Support Specialist for Arthrex HR Global systems, your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality and efficient solutions to Arthrex HR users in EMEA and globally, focusing mainly on SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition modules. You will be expected to obtain a deep understanding of the relevant HR business domain and processes, recommend solutions, and build high-quality requirements. Additionally, you will participate in Application Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Management, and Maintenance in an Enterprise environment. Your role will involve providing end-user support, shaping business requirements, and following established methodologies for documentation and testing. Key Responsibilities: - Provide software support for Arthrex HR Global systems, primarily on SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition modules - Obtain a deep understanding of relevant HR business domain and processes to recommend solutions and build high-quality requirements - Benchmark current and future processes against industry best practices - Participate in Application Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Management, and Maintenance - Shape business requirements by making recommendations and suggesting alternatives - Plan, create, and execute manual test cases - Support user acceptance testing and user training activities - Respond, resolve, or escalate reported incidents - Create artifacts such as business case documentation, process flows, and test cases - Create and maintain application operational and instructional documentation - Help resolve competing priorities between stakeholder groups - Lead and/or participate in the delivery of projects - Adhere to the Quality System Procedures and Change Control - Complete all QA Non-Conformance and Corrective Actions in a timely manner Qualification Required: - Bachelors/masters degree in CS/CE/IT from a premier technology institute - Minimum 4+ years of relevant work experience - Experience with SAP SuccessFactors ONB, RCM, and RMK - Software development experience in CSS and Java Additional Details: You will be expected to have knowledge and understanding of Human Resources and Talent Management business processes. Experience in SAP SuccessFactors infrastructure support, including maintenance and configuration of development, test, and production instances, is essential. Additionally, familiarity with cloud technology, proficiency in MS Office tools, and excellent communication skills are required for this role. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP certifications in ONB, RCM, RMK, EC are considered good-to-have skills.,
