Job Description

Summary:

The role focuses on leading the global implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time modules, ensuring expert-level configuration and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities:

Lead the design, configuration, and build of SAP SF EC Time modules (Time Off, Timesheet, Time Tracking).
  • Configure Clock In/Clock Out functionalities.
  • Support workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design.
  • Prepare detailed documentation of all settings and configurations.
  • Support UAT, validation, and deployment activities.
  • Collaborate with global teams, including Portugal stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.

  • Functional Analysis (Confirmed)

  • Process Optimization (Expert)
  • Global Implementation Projects (Expert)
  • Languages: English (Fluent), Portuguese (Basic)
