Description
As a SAP SuccessFactors, Onboarding 2.0 & Employee Central Implementation Consultant at KPMG Global Services (KGS), you will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting the Employee Central, Recruiting Management, and Succession & Development modules within the SAP SuccessFactors suite. Your role will involve collaborating with business stakeholders, HR teams, and IT professionals to understand the organization's talent acquisition, Employee Central, and succession planning requirements, configure the system accordingly, and ensure successful deployment and adoption of these modules. Your key responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing requirements for Employee Central, Onboarding 2.0, and succession planning processes by working closely with business stakeholders and HR teams. You will configure the Employee Central module, Recruiting Management module, and Succession & Development module, ensuring proper task assignments, integrations, and setup of various processes within the modules. Additionally, you will be responsible for designing and executing data migration strategies, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations, and implementing integrations with other systems. As a SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Consultant, you will also be involved in developing and executing comprehensive test plans, coordinating user acceptance testing, and providing training and ongoing support to end-users, HR administrators, and support teams. Continuous improvement and optimization of the system, staying updated with product updates, and recommending process improvements will be essential parts of your role. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field. Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting Management, and Succession & Development modules is required, along with a strong understanding of talent acquisition, Employee Central, and succession planning processes. Proficiency in system configuration, data migration, integration techniques, testing methodologies, and strong communication and stakeholder management abilities are essential. Ideally, you should have 7+ years of experience in SF Employee Central, Onboarding 2.0, and/or Succession planning implementation, with a minimum of 3 implementations. Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting Management, and Succession & Development modules such as SAP Certified consultant / Application Associate is preferred.
