Configure and support one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Perform data uploads, system testing, UAT support, and go-live activities
Work closely with business users, developers, and stakeholders
Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and troubleshooting
Participate in system upgrades, patching, and release management
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors
Strong communication and client interaction skills
SAP Certification in SuccessFactors is a plus
Basic knowledge of integration with SAP HCM or third-party systems is an advantage
