SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant

Role Overview: As an SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant at JRK Infotech in Mumbai, you will be responsible for designing and configuring compensation plans, maintaining compensation statements, supporting HR teams with rewards & recognition processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to align compensation processes with business strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Design and configure compensation plans, eligibility rules, and business rules. - Create and maintain compensation statements, route maps, and templates. - Ensure secure access using role-based permissions. - Support HR teams with rewards & recognition processes. - Work with ServiceNow ticket tool for issue resolution and support. - Collaborate with stakeholders to align compensation processes with business strategy. Qualification Required: - Minimum 2-8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module. - Hands-on experience with eligibility rules, route maps, role-based permissions, and business rules. - Understanding of reward and recognition workflows. - Good communication and analytical skills. - Any Graduate (HR, IT, or Business preferred). - SAP SuccessFactors Compensation certification is an added advantage.
