Job Description

Lead or support the development of SAP SF PMGM, CDP, and Succession & Development modules.
Certification Mandatory
Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design with business stakeholders.
Configure the modules according to client requirements and SuccessFactors best practices.
Develop custom templates, forms, career worksheets, talent pools, and calibration sessions as needed.
Define and optimize processes for performance appraisals, goal management, development planning, and succession planning.
Align SF modules with organizational talent management strategies.
Ensure smooth integration between modules (e.g., PPMGM 4 CDP 4 Succession).
Act as a bridge between HR teams, IT.
Provide post-go-live support and system enhancements.
Troubleshoot issues and provide system support to users.
Stay updated on SAP SF releases and implement relevant new features.
Create and maintain system documentation, configuration workbooks, and user guides.
experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules - Performance & Goals Management (PPMGM) ; Career Development Planning (CDP) ; Succession & Development
Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors architecture, data model, role-based permissions, and integration points.
Hands-on experience in configuration, template management, and talent review/succession planning.
Solid understanding of HR processes, talent lifecycle, and organizational development strategies.
Familiarity with Employee Central and its integration with talent modules.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global environment.
