SAP SuccessFactors PMGM (Performance and Goals Management) Senior Consultant

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors PMGM solutions tailored to client needs
• Conduct assessments of current performance management processes and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define performance metrics and goal-setting frameworks
• Provide training and support to users, ensuring effective adoption of the SAP PMGM functionalities
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including process flows, functional specifications, and user guides
• Stay abreast of industry trends and updates related to SAP SuccessFactors to provide informed recommendations to clients
  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in PMGM
• Strong understanding of HR processes, performance management frameworks, and goal-setting strategies
• Proficiency in configuring SuccessFactors modules and functionality
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in change management and user training is preferred
