Job Description: As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their business processes requirements and objectives related to time tracking and attendance management. Your key responsibilities will include conducting detailed workshops and interviews with business users, HR professionals, and IT teams to capture and document functional and technical requirements. You will be expected to analyze clients" existing time management processes and propose solutions by leveraging SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking functionalities. Additionally, you will design end-to-end solutions for time tracking, including time recording, approval workflows, absences, overtime, and compliance with labor laws. Your role will involve configuring the SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking module in alignment with documented business requirements and best practices. In terms of implementation and deployment, you will lead or participate in end-to-end implementation projects, which will include solution design, system build, testing, data migration, and go-live support. You will also be responsible for managing project timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables in collaboration with project managers and client stakeholders. Furthermore, you will develop and execute detailed unit integration and user acceptance testing (UAT) plans to ensure the delivered solution meets client expectations. Providing ongoing support for SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking solutions, including incident resolution, troubleshooting, and enhancements, will be part of your responsibilities. You will need to monitor system performance, proactively identify issues, and implement corrective actions. Staying current with SAP releases, updates, and best practices will be essential, as you will advise clients on the implications for their solution landscape and assist in change management activities, including system upgrades and process improvements. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on time management and SAP SuccessFactors topics, will be crucial. You will manage client expectations, provide regular status updates, and ensure overall client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, you will participate in internal knowledge sharing training sessions and contribute to the development of best practice documentation.
