Job Title:

Location:

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central modules for global HR processes.
Work with HR stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable configuration solutions.
Perform end-to-end configuration for EC components such as Foundation Objects, Position Management, Workflows, MDF, Background Element, Business Rules, Data Models, Event Reason Derivations, Global Assignments, RBP, Time Off, etc.
Support integration design between Employee Central and downstream HR/Payroll systems (SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Payroll, third-party systems).
Conduct UT (Unit Testing), SIT, UAT, data validation, and production migration activities.
Perform EC quarterly release analysis, impact assessment, and configuration updates.
Drive data migration activities including templates, transformation, and load validations.
Prepare detailed functional specification documents, configuration guides, test scripts, and training materials.
Work closely with cross-module teams (Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, LMS, MDF Objects, Time) for aligned solution delivery.
Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for EC and integrations.
