Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Implementation projects: Lead and execute SuccessFactors EC implementations, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Support & maintenance: Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability for existing EC environments.
Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and business teams to translate business needs into system solutions.
System configuration: Configure EC modules (e.g., employee data management, workflows, organizational structures) to align with client requirements.
Integration management: Support integration with payroll, time management, and other HR systems.
Testing & quality assurance: Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Documentation & training: Prepare functional documentation and deliver training sessions for end-users and support teams.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience range: 4 to 8 years in SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Project expertise: Proven track record in both implementation and support projects.
Technical proficiency: Strong knowledge of EC configuration, workflows, business rules, and data models.
Integration knowledge: Familiarity with SAP HCM, payroll systems, and third-party integrations.
Problem-solving: Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions.
Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to interact with stakeholders and clients.
Certification: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification preferred.
