SAP Success Factors Specialist

the toRole & responsibilities

• SAP HR (HCM/HRMS and Payroll is Mandatory)
• Lead end-to-end implementation and support activities for SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Design, configure, and maintain modules such as Employee Central (EC), Recruitment Management (RCM), Recruitment Marketing (RKM), Performance & Goals Management (PMGM), Compensation, and Succession & Career Development Planning (SP CDP).
• Coordinate testing, user training, and deployment activities to ensure smooth system adoption.
• Work closely with external implementation partners, if required, to drive project milestones.
• Manage system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshoot issues to ensure system stability.
• Generate reports and dashboards for business insights and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HR processes, and IT security standards.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP HR/HCM and Payroll
• Hands-on configuration and implementation experience in at least 3-4 modules.
• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and end-to-end deployment.
• Proficiency in preparing business process documents and user training materials.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) for integrating SuccessFactors with other SAP/non-SAP systems will be an added advantage.

• Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations and support.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification will be an added advantage.
