SAP SUCCESS FACTORS PMGM

Job Description: You will be leading a functional development area for the SuccessFactors competency, specifically focusing on SuccessFactors for Employee Central, Recruitment, Learning, Performance, and Goals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing and implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules such as PMGM (Performance Management & Goals Management), RCM (Recruitment Management), and Compensation. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration and deployment of SuccessFactors solutions. - Providing expertise in configuring and customizing SuccessFactors applications to meet business requirements. - Conducting training sessions and providing support to end-users as needed. Qualifications required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Minimum of X years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules. - Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruitment, Learning, Performance, and Goals. - Certification in SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.,
