Role & responsibilities

Requirement gathering, Worked on Best practice implementation process.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for all configurations, customizations, and support processes.
Organization Structure Creation with Associations
Worked on Foundation objects, MDF objects and Custom Objects
Worked on Data Models.
Configure Business Rule for custom scenarios
Report Center
Importing and validating employee data
Configuration of custom UI screen
Workflowand custom workflow notifications
Time off & Time sheets
Benefits
Alerts and notifications
Document Generation
Setting up RBP

Preferred candidate profile

Knowledge on End-to-End HR Process
Education Qualification: 10 + 2 + 3 (BBA / BCA / MCA / BE / BTech / MTech / BSc / BCom)
Certification: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
Solid understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration, customization, and integration.
Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors talent modules is a plus
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Customer-focused mindset and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced support environment.
