Job Description

System Management:
Configure, implement, and maintain the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module, including Position Management, Time-Off, and Benefits.
Business Analysis:
Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps, and propose solutions for improving efficiency and effectiveness.
Implementation & Support:
Lead or participate in full-life-cycle implementations, from initial planning through configuration, testing, and go-live.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work with HR and IT teams, project sponsors, and clients to understand business needs and ensure successful project outcomes.
Process Improvement:
Develop and maintain best-practice approaches for business processes within the Employee Central platform.
Workflow & Permissions:
Manage user permissions, design and implement workflows based on dynamic roles and rules, and ensure proper workflow routing.
Reporting:
Develop and manage reports to provide insights into HR data and system performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification:
Often a mandatory requirement for consultant roles.
Implementation Experience:
Proven experience in full-cycle EC implementations and managing system configurations.
Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge of EC configurations, business rules, workflows, and role-based permissions.
Business Acumen:
Ability to understand business needs and translate them into effective system solutions.
Consulting Skills:
Strong client-handling, consulting, and problem-solving skills, especially for consultant roles.
Integration Knowledge:
Familiarity with integrating Employee Central with other SAP SuccessFactors modules.
