We are seeking an experienced

• Lead implementation, configuration, and support of SAP EC Payroll (ECP) modules.
• Provide expert consultation during design and development phases using SuccessFactors HCM framework.
• Design and maintain complex payroll schemas, wage types, off-cycle processes, BSI integration, posting rules, and garnishment configurations.
• Drive standardization and optimization of payroll processes across systems.
• Configure Payroll Control Center (PCC) for both regular and off-cycle processes.
• Support integrations with Employee Central, third-party payroll systems, FI, Time Management, and Benefits.
• Manage employee data replication between EC and SAP HCM/payroll systems.
• Troubleshoot integration issues using SAP CPI, Data Services, or OData APIs.
• Conduct root cause analysis for data mismatches and interface failures.
• Define and maintain data mapping, transformation logic, and interface monitoring processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and efficient payroll solutions.

Mandatory Skills:

• 710 years of experience with SAP Payroll, SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), and EC-HCM integrations.
• Strong knowledge of US Payroll configuration, including:
• Wage types, tax structures, deductions, garnishments, accruals, and third-party remittances.
• Payroll schemas, PCRs, off-cycle processes, and posting to accounting.
• Expertise in:
• SAP BSI Tax Factory, EFORMS Factory, and year-end processing.
• SAP Benefits, Time Management, and custom rules/operations.
• Integration via SAP CPI, OData APIs, or Data Services.
• Proven experience in monitoring and troubleshooting replication and interface jobs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience with:
• International or multi-country payrolls.
• Other payroll software/tools.
• SAP SuccessFactors integration tools and techniques.
• ITIL 4 Certification.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
