Role : Digital : SAP SuccessFactors - Recruitment and Marketing(RCM) Experience:6-8 Years Location : Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad Please find the job description mentioned below SuccessFactors Recruiting Consultant (RCM/RMK) for a full-time permanent opportunity. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors consultant to join an extremely successful organisation and be involved in the implementation of RCM/RMK. Skills Required: • At least 5 years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting consultant with experience in the following sub modules - Recruitment Marketing and Recruitment Management. Knowledge of Employee Central is beneficial. • Involved in end-to-end implementation project of SuccessFactors RCM/RMK • Strong Hands on customizing skills • Ability to lead the SuccessFactors Recruitment stream, delivering and deploying solutions • Previous consulting experience is mandatory • Strong stakeholder management experience • Hold an associate level certification in SuccessFactors • Fluent English Language skills are Mandatory. Arabic speaking is preferred In addition, the following will also be essential: • Successfully combine strong leadership skills with sound technical knowledge and ability to clearly communicate key recommendations to clients • Track record of creating enduring client relationships based on trust, successful business development and credible program execution. Good analytical thinking. Ability to engage stakeholders. Takes ownership of problems and respond in a proactive manner where appropriate.
