Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Mandatory Skills:

Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and/or Recruiting Marketing (RMK).
Able to Configure SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Recruiting Marketing (RMK) based on business requirements.
Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Architecture, Data models, and Configuration Best Practices
Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors, including Recruiting Management (RCM) and potentially other HR modules.
Collaborating with clients to understand their recruitment strategy and translate it into effective RMK solutions.
Assist with the onboarding process, potentially including configuring onboarding flows and integrating with other SuccessFactors modules.
Understanding of HR processes and recruitment strategies
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Integrate SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting with other SF Modules
Excellent problem solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Work closely with Cross-Functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for client stakeholders on SuccessFactors functionalities.

Desirable:

Willingness to learn new SF Modules
Valid Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Marketing
Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors integration tools
Experience of other SuccessFactors modules especially Onboarding and Employee Central
