Job Description

You should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Information Technology, including at least 8 years of consulting experience specifically in SuccessFactors / HCM. Your role will involve working as a SuccessFactors Systems Analyst, requiring a comprehensive understanding of SAP SF modules and their functionalities. Your responsibilities will include configuring and customizing SuccessFactors modules to align with business requirements. You must have expertise in offering Consulting Services to global organizations in HCM Best Practices and supporting clients in migrating to SAP HCM Cloud solutions. Your day-to-day activities at Infosys will revolve around understanding customer issues, diagnosing problem areas, designing innovative solutions, and ensuring successful deployment to achieve client satisfaction. You will be involved in proposal development, solution design, product configuration, conducting pilots, and providing guidance on requirements and solution design queries. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting solution demonstrations, workshops, preparing effort estimates, leading small projects, and contributing to organizational initiatives. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a team. Your expertise should encompass system configuration in alignment with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook, proficiency in translations, execution of test cases, and familiarity with SAP HCM integration activities. Knowledge of SAP Custom interfaces and reports is also required. This role is based in multiple locations across India, including Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Chandigarh, Trivandrum, Indore, Nagpur, Mangalore, Noida, Bhubaneswar, Kolkata, Coimbatore, Jaipur, Vizag, Mysore, and Hubli. While the location may vary based on business requirements, efforts will be made to accommodate your preference whenever possible.
