Key Responsibilities: - Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution. - Successfully completed at least one end-to-end implementation project. - Demonstrate excellent Communication & Presentation skills while collaborating effectively within a team. - Possess a deep understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in multinational organizations. - Define business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis to align client needs with standard SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution. - Provide consulting services to global organizations on HCM Best Practices and support clients in transitioning to SAP HCM Cloud solutions. - Translate business requirements into System Configuration Objects and develop Solution Design for SuccessFactors Employee Management Solution following Best Practices. - Proficient in all Data Models and display thorough knowledge of XML. - Hands-on experience with MDF, foundation objects, associations, Business rules, and workflows. - Configure systems according to Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint. - Expertise in translations and uploading translation packs for data models configuration and MDF. - Prepare & Execute Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts. - Display strong learning agility, willingness to acquire new competencies, and adapt quickly to changing tasks and environments. Qualifications Required: - Experience in SAP HCM Success Factors Employee Central. - Bachelor's degree in BE/BTech/MCA/MBA with a substantial industry experience of 3 to 5 years. - Industry or consulting experience is preferred.
