Experiences for any of the roles should no less than 3 years in the field. Candidates who have experience in Service Now, Rally, handling of Change release management would be added advantage. SF Consultants who are certified and experienced in SF Performance and rewards Module : Experienced running end to end of an EOY Performance and Rewards process Creating a variety of templates with complex calculation, eligibility rules Creation outcome statements Facilitate data creation in support of UAT with Business and obtain sign off Support in cutover into production and hypercare support Good understanding and appreciation of data lineage between source system to receiving system (i.e SAP > SF and vice versa), understanding platform integration i.e between SAP > SF Experienced in supporting Half year releases, performing impact analysis of new mandatory/optional changes and engage with business to support the changes that needs to be adopted Experience in supporting cases in relation to Performance and Rewards and identifying root cause analysis and provide solutions.
