Key Responsibilities: Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Compensation modules. Conduct fit-gap analysis between client requirements and standard SuccessFactors solutions. Design compensation structures, including plans, ranges, and bonuses. Work with data models, matrix reports, org charts, and people profile configurations. Develop and maintain XML-based files for data integration. Provide client consultation on compensation processes and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve issues post-implementation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery. Required Skills and Qualifications: 8 to 15 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation. Proven consulting experience in SuccessFactors Compensation projects. SAP SuccessFactors Compensation certification. Hands-on expertise with data models, XML, matrix reports, and org charts. Ability to perform fit-gap analysis and recommend solutions. Strong communication skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical teams. Team player with the ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables. Preferred Skills: Experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance). Familiarity with SAP Integration tools and APIs.
