Pune Only

 

  • Good amount of experience in handing Service Delivery Management / Production Support with more than 5 years of experience in handling SAP AMS projects
  • Ability to work in Shift timings as per project requirements (2pm to 11pm IST)
  • Experience on any of the core SAP Core Modules" "Ticket Management and ensuring delivery of tickets within SLAS
  • Change ticket estimation review and tracking progress/ensuring delivery within the estimates/timelines
  • Review ticket progress with team and prepare status reports
  • Coordination with team/onshore PM/Client on the Transport request approval/Migrations to Quality/Production KT Planning/tracking as per project needs
  • To be available to work on shift timings, to be available on call as needed for P1 tickets
