SAP SD/OTC Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable SAP SD/OTC Consultant with 2 years of hands-on experience to be a part of our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in configuring and supporting the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module along with the end-to-end Order to Cash (OTC) process. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize and enhance the SAP SD/OTC functionality within our organization. To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 2 years of practical experience in working with SAP SD and OTC processes in a professional setting. You must be proficient in SAP SD configuration, encompassing order processing, pricing, shipping, billing, and customer master data management. A robust understanding of the complete OTC processes, such as sales order creation, delivery, billing, credit management, and returns, is essential. Additionally, you should have experience with SAP reporting tools and possess problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve issues pertaining to the SAP SD module and its integration with other SAP modules. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial, enabling you to effectively convey technical details to non-technical stakeholders. While a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, it is not mandatory.
