Required Skills:

SAP SD Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the SAP SD team, ensuring timely delivery of SAP SD projects and support activities
• Oversee the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SD solutions aligned with business requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as MM, FI, WM, and production to ensure seamless integration and process optimization
• Drive the development and execution of SD-related business process improvements
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain effective communication across all levels of the organization
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to SAP SD consultants and team members
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and best practices in SAP SD implementation and support
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues
• Facilitate training and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users and support teams

Required Skills & Experience:

• Over

  10 years

  of experience in

  SAP SD

  module, with significant exposure to managerial or leadership roles
• Deep knowledge of SAP SD processes including sales order management, pricing, billing, credit management, and shipping
• Strong experience in integration with other SAP modules such as MM, FI, and WM
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple SAP SD projects simultaneously
• Experience in global implementations or working with international teams is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills

• Fluent English communication skills

  with

  no mother tongue influence

  capable of engaging effectively with global stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP SD Certification
• Experience in

  SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution

• Familiarity with industry-specific requirements (e.g., automotive, manufacturing, retail)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
