Sales & Distribution processes

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deploy SAP SD ERP solutions for sales processes.
• Support sales-order management cycle, pricing, billing, and customer service.
• Perform functional consulting during system implementation projects.
• Validate and ensure accurate integration with other SAP modules (MM, FI, etc.).
• Handle post-sales activities including credit management, sales returns, and shipment processes.
• Assist in problem-solving and process improvement in a creative and analytical manner.
  

Mandatory Skills / SAP SD Expertise

• 2.5–3+ years of hands-on SAP SD experience.
• Proven functional consulting experience in SAP SD system implementations.
• Strong understanding of financial and accounting processes.
• Experience with the following SAP SD functionalities:
• Intercompany STO & Intracompany STO
• Intercompany Sales
• Credit Management
• Shipment & Shipment Cost
• Pricing & Routes
• Availability Check & Copy Controls
• Sales Returns
• Output Determination
• Third Party Process
• MTO (Make to Order) & MTS (Make to Stock)
