Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced SAP SCM Functional Consultant - Team Lead to manage SAP support operations across SO, PO, Invoicing, and MIS. The role includes handling critical issues, leading a support team, and coordinating with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage SAP SCM functional support team
Act as primary point of contact for SAP SCM support
Handle critical escalations across Sales, Procurement, and Billing
Ensure SLA compliance and service quality
Review and manage MIS reports and dashboards
Coordinate with business, technical, and offshore teams
Drive process improvements and documentation
Support audits, controls, and compliance requirements

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of SAP SCM functional experience
Strong knowledge of O2C and P2P processes
Proven experience in SAP support project leadership
Hands-on experience with SO, PO, Invoice, and MIS
Exposure to SAP ECC / S/4HANA
Strong stakeholder and team management skills
