This position will be the face of the SAP business for India, responsible for building a scalable commercial engine and positioning us as a top-tier strategic partner to SAP. The selected leader will define the next phase of growth for both PE Services and PE Sell motions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute a unified sales strategy for PE Services + PE Sell, aligned with SAP market priorities.
  • Full responsibility for revenue, profitability, and quarterly/annual targets.
  • Develop and own a strong SAP pipeline covering S/4HANA Cloud, RISE with SAP, BTP, SuccessFactors, Ariba, SAC and Industry Cloud solutions.
  • Engage directly with SAP India sales leadership and account executives to drive co-sell, and deal conversion.
  • Build CXO-level customer relationships for net-new logo acquisition and wallet-share growth.
  • Shape winning GTM motions including Account-based selling, industry plays, partner-led opportunities, and SAP demand generation programs.
  • Lead bid strategy for large pursuits including value propositions, pricing, commercials, and contract negotiation.
  • Partner with delivery leadership to ensure proposal-to-execution success and long-term customer lifetime value.
  • Drive sales governance forecasting, opportunity tracking, and funnel velocity using structured deal management.
  • Mentor and build a high-performance SAP sales organization in India (hunter + farmer profiles over time).

Required Experience & Background:

  • 10+ years of core SAP solution selling experience in India/Asia market with direct revenue ownership (mandatory).
  • Recent and verifiable success in selling SAP software/services within the last 36 months.
  • Experience selling across multiple SAP solution towers Services + License/Cloud subscriptions.
  • Proven track record driving SAP pipeline with SAP account executives and industry leaders.
  • Experience with large enterprise pursuits (10 Cr+ deals) and multi-tower SAP transformation opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of one or more SAP industry value chains (Manufacturing, Retail, Utilities, Oil & Gas, etc.)
  • Ability to articulate both business value and technology outcomes including TCO/ROI.

Preferred Competencies:

  • Deep relationships within SAP India / SAP ecosystem partners.
  • Commercial modelling expertise across subscription, T&M, fixed-price, and outcome-based pricing.
  • Familiarity with SAP PartnerEdge programs and portal operations for both Sell and Services.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with strong executive communication abilities.
  • High ownership, entrepreneurial drive, and ability to operate in scale-up environments.
