Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support Service Management (SM) functionalities in SAP S/4HANA.
• Work on service contracts, service orders, notifications, and billing processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Ensure integration with SD, MM, and FI modules for smooth business operations.
• Perform system testing, issue resolution, and functional documentation.
• Provide post-implementation support and conduct end-user training sessions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of SAP experience, with at least 2+ years in S/4HANA Service Management.
• Strong knowledge of Service Contracts, Service Orders, Warranties, and Resource-Related Billing (RRB).
• Hands-on experience with Fiori apps related to Service Management.
• Good understanding of integration with SD, MM, and FI modules.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
